BASICS OF JAM AND JELLY WITH SERIOUS JAM

Learn how to preserve the fleeting flavor of fresh, local fruit with your own homemade jellies and jams. Jam expert Heidi Skoog of Serious Jam will talk you through the in’s and out’s of selecting and preparing fruit, developing flavors, and canning fruit preserves. Participants will work together to make and process one jam and one jelly, and everyone will get to take home a jar of preserves.
